How booking works

From your first enquiry to the final digital gallery, we keep things clear, friendly, and premium — so you can focus on celebrating.

Step 1

Send your enquiry

Tell us your date, venue, guest numbers and the services you fancy. We’ll reply quickly — usually within 24 hours — to confirm availability and answer any questions.

Step 2

Receive a clear, itemised quote

Your quote is tailored to your event, with everything included and no hidden extras. We’ll walk through the options and add any special requests, such as a custom backdrop, extra hours, or add-ons like Cold Sparks and the Candy Cart.

Step 3

Pay a small deposit to secure your date

A £50 non-refundable deposit holds your booking. We’ll send written confirmation and keep your date free while you plan the rest of your event. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the big day.

Step 4

We plan the details together

A couple of weeks before your event, we’ll confirm timings, venue access, and any custom templates or branding. We handle the logistics so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

Step 5

Enjoy your event — we’ve got it covered

We arrive early to set up, bring a friendly, uniformed attendant, and keep everything running smoothly. Your guests can relax, laugh, and make memories while we capture every moment.

Step 6

Your digital gallery is delivered

After your event, we send over a secure online gallery with all the photos and videos. You can download, share, and relive the fun whenever you like.
