
Terms & Conditions
A clear, plain-English summary of how we work together. If anything’s unclear, just ask — we’re always happy to talk it through.
1. Booking & Deposit
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received and we’ve sent your written confirmation.
The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before your event date.
2. Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 60 days before your event will only forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 60 days of the event will be charged 50% of the total balance. Cancellations within 14 days are charged in full.
If we have to cancel due to circumstances outside our control, we’ll offer a rescheduled date or a full refund of any monies paid.
3. Set-up & Access
We typically arrive 60–90 minutes before your hire start time to set up. Please ensure we have suitable access to the venue, a flat space of approximately 3m x 3m for booths, and a standard 13A power socket within reach.
Idle time (waiting between set-up and the booth opening) is included for up to 60 minutes; longer idle times may incur a small charge agreed in advance.
4. Equipment & Conduct
All our equipment is PAT-tested and we carry full public liability insurance — documentation is available for your venue on request.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving in a way that could damage equipment or put guests at risk. Damage to equipment caused by guest misuse will be invoiced at cost.
5. Photographs & Privacy
Photos and videos captured at your event remain your property. We may use selected images for our website and social media unless you request otherwise in writing before the event.
Online galleries are shared securely with the booking client after the event.
6. Liability
Our maximum liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific event. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or third-party losses.
7. Force Majeure
Neither party will be liable for failure to perform due to events outside reasonable control (severe weather, illness, venue closure, government restrictions). In such cases we will work with you to reschedule wherever possible.
