- We work with registered charities, community groups, schools, youth clubs, and fundraisers. If your event is supporting a good cause, let us know your charity name and registration number when you enquire and we'll apply a charity discount to your quote.
- Do you offer discounts for charity events?
- Yes — charity events receive a discounted rate. We'll put together a tailored quote based on your chosen services, date, venue, and how many guests you expect. The more detail you can share, the better we can make the package fit your budget.
- How long do you need to set up at a charity venue?
- Most booths and extras take 60–90 minutes to set up. We always arrive at least 90 minutes before your hire time starts, and we can often work around gala dinners, auctions, or speeches. Just tell us your event timeline and we'll plan around it.
- How are the digital galleries delivered after the event?
- After the event we send a secure digital online gallery with all photos and videos. Guests can view, download, and share their favourites. This is included as standard and gives your charity weeks of extra social-media reach after the night itself.

- Yes — our printing add-on is available from £75. For weddings, a guestbook can be added free when prints are included.
- Can you match our wedding colours or party theme?
- Yes — we can create custom photo templates, video overlays and branding to match your wedding colours, party theme or corporate branding.
- Are you insured and venue ready?
- Yes — Clyde Side Events can provide venue-ready information including full public liability insurance and PAT-tested equipment details where required.
- How early should we book?
- Popular dates, especially Saturdays and wedding dates, can book up quickly, so it's best to check availability as soon as you have your venue and date confirmed.
- Can we add extra hours on the night?
- Yes — extra hours can be added from £70 per hour on the night only, subject to availability and your attendant's schedule.
